Transition Spire

Updated: Sep 22, 2022

170mm Front & 170mm Rear sitting on two, 29 inch wheels

FreeRide for life

The Transition Spire loves to go down and I love being the one to hold on and aim down! You will too.

Transition Spire

  • $4,199 - $5,699 (Alloy) & $6,299 - $6,999 (Carbon)

  • You can pick up Transition Bikes at your local Transition dealer or online at Transition Bikes

  • Where it shines: I love the Spire at a bike park. Plenty of people pushing it around their local trails

Freeride ain't dead, baby! If you want a bike you can pedal around (kinda, if you're in good riding shape) that can also do lap after lap at the bike park or your local shuttle zone, look no further! Please remember that shuttle and or chairlift are two of my favorite words in the English language. Transition nailed it with this bike. I've been off the big squishy bike for a few years (injuries), and this is bringing back all the joy I've been missing. Hit up your local bike shop or purchase from Transition.

What's RAD

  • Quality/Price/Build Kits

  • Customer Service with Transition is priceless

  • Comfort. Weird to say, I know, but the bike felt so good in many positions while riding. I didn't need much time on the bike before I felt like I'd been on it for years

Not so RAD

  • Weight, but I had a chair lift carry me up all season

Kook Tip

  • Hit up a local dealer and throw a leg over one. Bikes are so long and slack now; you might go a size down if you were on the line to go either way in sizes.
