A new era of "step-in" bindings
It wasn't the best winter for New England (USofA) but when it was good, it was real good this year! I put the Nidecker Supermatic to work in the trees and on the groomers. It shined in every condition.
If you hate the process of strapping in off the chair lifts, the Nidecker Supermatic's are for you. NO sitting down to strap in needed!

Nidecker has been around for a minute. 1887 if you're ever playing quizo in a ski town bar after a day on the slopes. Check out the history. Ok, back to the best bindings since the dropper seat post in mountain biking. With a size 12 boot, it can be a little tricky, but by your second full day, it's lock clock work. I have to say running these Nidecker Supermatic all season has really increased the stoke level! Something so easy as just stepping in can do that. I went all in with Nidecker this season and paired the Nidecker Supermatic with the Nidecker Escape Plus. It was a game changer, see write up about the Nidecker Escape Plus here.
You can't miss stepping in with that large opening. Size 12 boot here, no issues.
What's RAD
First Universal, say that again, UNIVERSAL step-in binding
Will work with any four bolt pattern board, and any boot you wear on your foot
1% for the Planet
Flex Rate of Mid-Stiff binding, made for POW & Resorts, but isn't scared of a few laps in the park
A speed-entry system you can trust
Not so RAD
It does take some getting use too. The videos of people jumping in and going will not be you on your first or even your third day.
Kook Tip
For the size 12 + boots. I found it best to have the straps on your back foot on the loose/open side. Once you step in and as you're moving, bend down and give those straps a few clicks to tighten up
